1978-80

Company is formed with $5,230 of capital. Original market focus: remodels, fixtures, and maintenance service to Oregon and SW Washington grocers. Profitability achieved in nine months of operation. Annual sales approaching $1 million. Company installs a Profit Sharing Pension Plan for it's employees.

1981-84

Endured severe Pacific Northwest economic slump, in spite of decrease in sales. Continued to remain profitable under the economic circumstances.

1985-89

Sales exceed $1 million, three times sales of ’84. Profitability increases and expansion appears imminent. Computerized the accounting, record keeping, and estimating functions. Established a separate entity for casework and millwork fabrication. Entered the Seattle market through the acquisition of a small similar company with comparable operations. Sales increase 60% from 1987 to 1989.

1990-91

Implemented the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Sales exceed $8 million.

1994-96

Company moved into new, larger facilities for both Portland and Seattle operations that provided room for future expansion and growth. Sales exceed $11 million by 1996.

1997-99

A record year for sales - $18 million - in 1998. Company expands internal infrastructure and resources to accommodate larger volume of sales.

2000-01

A third office in Sacramento is opened to expand service to clients in the region.

2002-04

Dynamic business strategy leads to push into markets throughout the western states, company achieves 117% sales growth by 2004. Seattle and Sacramento offices are condensed into Satellite locations and core processes centralized in Portland. Denver and Phoenix Satellite locations are added to strengthen growing markets.

2005-2006

Company achieves national ranking as #4 Retail Contractor by volume for 2004.
