About: An aggressive tenant improvement to convert a Midas Auto Shop into an inviting restaurant. The turn of the century building has exposed brick, period windows, stained concrete, and needed a lot of structural modifications to bring it up to current design and architecture standards. Market Contractors built a sophisticated space by blending hardwood floors, carpet, crafted wood booths, tables, bar counters, and a glass fountain together.

Market Contractors has worked on many new restaurants and tenant improvements including Noodles and Company (bottom right), Capers Cafe (top right) and Moonstruck Chocolates (middle right).
