Planning + design mock ups
Market Contractors can work with your set of drawings or have our team start sketching the first set of plans. Our engineers, architects and designers are here to help bring your vision to life. We are also available to survey the property, obtaining permits, and pro actively point out potential issues until the plan is perfect. Your dedicated program manager knows each and every detail about your project and overseas the process to ensure your requirements are exceeded.
Construction begins
Final plans are signed off as construction begins, materials are ordered, and we begin to build out your space. Our modular construction clients enjoy that we build pieces in our warehouse, put on the finishing touches, and then deconstruct, and reassemble at your location. Both our ground up and modular projects have a team of professionals working at all times.
Wrap up and closeout
Finally, our design, project managers, and construction teams then wrap up the project and begin the close out process of issuing all your documentation to you and creating a reopening or launch that you desire.
