About: Convert a former bridal and formal wear mall retail store into a trendy skateboard, surf and casual shoe and apparel store. Project scope included demolition of existing tenant improvements and construction of a new storefront, fitting rooms, storage and support services. Market Contractors sealed and polished sales floor slab, and put in a new wood flooring including a mini skateboard ramp. The interior was also revamped with a new ceiling, installation of display walls, retail fixtures, graphics and rail-mounted inventory shelving.
