SAFETY

At Market Contractors we work to achieve and maintain a safe and healthful workplace both in-house and at our many construction project sites by putting safety first. Recently, Market Contractors has made great strides in providing Hazardous Communication and Personal Protective Equipment training to all employees, including Management. This effort, along with a continued improvement in our overall safety record, helped Market Contractors win the "ABC Excellence in Safety Award for Most Improved (20+ employees)" for the most recent year.

Other highlights of our safety program include:

- Weekly "Tool Box Safety Talks" for all projects

- Alcohol and Drug Testing Policy

- Safety Manual and Written HAZCOM Manual

- All Supervisory employees are Medic-First Aid Certified

- OSHA Certified Safety Director

- ABC Silver STEP Award Recipient for the most recent year
