About: Verizon in Bellingham was an open remodel and expansion in a suburban mall (top right). The project achieved LEED Silver while combining an existing Verizon "vest-pocket" retail store with vacated photo processing shop, tattoo studio and clothier. Project scope covered leveling 4 slab elevations, adding structural steel, creating a new storefront and interior finishes, and upgrading all mechanical, fire, and electrical services.
