Where We Started

Founded in 1978, the employee-owned company focused on remodeling grocery stores in the Pacific Northwest region. Over the years, the company has earned awards and accolades including Excellence in Construction, Top Ten Growing Companies, several Top 5 Ratings in the Nation’s Top 160 Retail Contractors, and more. Our award-winning work can be seen at thousands of retailers and Fortune 500 companies across the United States. Our premium construction services have perfected many of the geographical and logistical challenges that arise from multi‐unit roll‐out projects.

Many of our team members have been in the client position, so we know the expectations that must be met. Associates treat each client and project with the same mind‐set as an owner of the firm, because they ARE the owners. Employee Owned

Market Contractors remains employee-owned today, giving each team member a stake in the success of the company. Being financially stable with investments in real estate has allowed us the ability to merge with a financial institution consultant powerhouse – Financial Supermarkets, Inc (FSI). Together, FSI and Market Contractors serve a national audience who choose our construction, custom millwork and casework, and design services for all their projects
